CBI Tri Star students prepared for future job interviews through a Mock Interview Practice Day. Students took turns role playing as the interviewer and being the interviewee. Each student was given over thirty questions to ask each other.

1. Research a company
2. Prepare answers to interviewer questions
3. Dress for success

All CBI Tri Star students were evaluated based on:
1. Initial meeting - handshake, introduction
2. Physical behaviors - good posture, eye contact, etc.
3. Answering questions - speaking in complete sentences, eliminating slang, etc.
4. Questions asked of the Interviewer - Asked questions, appropriateness
5. Closing the interview - handshake, thanking the interviewer by name

In the next 10 years, Crown will be losing 25% of their workforce due to retirements. There has never been such a need for good workers who get along with others, show up for work every day and are willing to learn. Tri Star students look forward to filling some of these in demand positions.

Tri Star Career Compact CBI class would like to thank Reynolds & Reynolds employees Dennis Hirt, Ron Rodriquez, and Marie Weitzel for speaking about career opportunities. The Celina plant has a wide variety of positions available such as manufacturing, customer service, graphic design and more.

This year over 100 Tri Star students have learned about career options at Reynolds & Reynolds. They currently employ over 450 employees work at the Celina plant and two CBI students started their careers last year! Tri Star is making a difference!!

Sergeant Matt C. Bordenkircher from the United States Army talked to Tri Star CBI students today about the benefits fo the Army. He stressed that you can see the world, get help paying for college, make money, and become more disciplined on what you want to do in life.

Tri Star CBI class has several young men & women who will serve our country after graduation. We are very proud of them and wish them the best of luck. Pictured are students who have committed or considering the United States military.
